Financial Controller

Job Description :

• Conduct accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Manage budgets, arrange new sources of finance for company's debt facilities
• Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
• Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable,
• Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
• Analyse competitors and market trends
• Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
• Manage a team of 10 accounting staff including accounting, cost control/analyst
