Responsibilities:
Manage overseas subsidiaries financial operations
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of group transactions and maintenance of key controls for group entities
Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly financial close routines and timetable
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial results within a strict time frame for inclusion into the group consolidation
Support local boards in ensuring regulatory compliance for overseas subsidiaries
Responsible for tax compliance and reporting for overseas subsidiaries
Drive the efficient management of working capital in overseas subsidiaries
Preparation of financial statements for subsidiary entities in multiple jurisdictions
Lead and manage local Audits within set timelines
Support the development of team members in line with agreed objectives
