The Company
Our client is a highly reputable manufacturing business. They are seeking to hire a dynamic financial controller to join their team.
The Role
As the Finance Manager leads the finance and HR department while managing the IT department as well. You'll manage accounting records and reporting, partnering with leadership to provide financial and HR guidance. Key responsibilities include creating budgets and reports, ensuring timely financial filings, and overseeing financial controls. You'll work with the Division Controller to manage staff and develop financial talent. You'll also partner with manufacturing teams to improve profitability and participate in financial planning.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA and a CPA/ CA with the following related experiences
