Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, oversee all accounting and finance processes; A/R, A/P, payroll.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts. Preparation of account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end financial reports.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll and benefits files using Jonas Construction Software, including all government and union remittances.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing, prepare internal financial statements for external parties on a quarterly basis, and analyze budget variances (actual vs. projected costs) as required.
- Operational Admin: Provide administrative support as required, such as maintaining office records, managing contract...
