This isn’t a sit-back, close-the-books, and send-a-report kind of Financial Controller role.
You’ll be right in the thick of it. Close to the action. Close to the decisions. Close to the work actually being delivered.
You’ll have real influence on how the business performs day to day, working directly with the Directors and the operational teams delivering civil construction projects on the ground.
And you’ll see it all connect, from numbers, to decisions, to real-world outcomes.
This is full ownership of the finance function.
You’ll lead everything from reporting, project cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, compliance, and cash flow. Your job is to make sure the numbers are accurate, meaningful, and actually used to drive decisions.
But it doesn’t stop at finance.
You’ll also be across the broader commercial levers: assets, insurance, workers compensation, banking, equipment, and the systems that keep a civil c...
