Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Analyst to support quarterly reporting activities, variance analysis, and process improvements for Client subsidiaries. The role involves preparing and reviewing MD&A and footnote disclosures, compiling cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy in GAAP reporting, and contributing to automation initiatives using SAP and Alteryx.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft quarterly MD&A and footnote disclosures for Client subsidiaries, referencing MS 10-Q/K and peer filings
• Compile and validate the statement of cash flows in collaboration with data providers
• Research and document variance drivers to ensure GAAP reporting accuracy
• Review due diligence, governance, and attestation frameworks; establish new controls as needed
