$43,370 - $51,020 with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members' immediate needs.
- Through conversations, you will get to know our members, and assist them in reaching their financial goals.
- Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
- Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in providing customer service
- Experience in cash handling
