The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Fire Protection Engineer - Department of Defense. The Fire Protection Engineer represents the company on fire alarm and life safety engineering for facility control system projects. The FPE provides a Professional Engineering stamp where required, ensures designs and installations conform to applicable codes and criteria, develops and reviews calculations and drawings, leads acceptance testing and commissioning, and supports integration of fire alarm systems within broader Industrial Control System environments.
