Weapons Trainer

What you’ll do

• Deliver and develop engaging weapons training courses
• Modernise training material in partnership with digital learning teams
• Support apprentices with coaching, assessment, and progression
• Maintain and inspect light/heavy weapons and associated optics
• Commit to continuous professional development, including gaining L4 Certificate in Education & Training (fully supported)

What we’re looking for

• Must be a Class 1 Armourer
• Passion for training and developing others
• Strong technical knowledge of weapons systems
• Commitment to high standards in safety and compliance
