Job Description
Maintenance & Technical Duties
- Overhaul, assemble, align, and install mechanical equipment.
- Conduct preventative and scheduled maintenance.
- Respond to breakdowns and ONkey job cards.
- Perform daily plant inspections and identify problem areas.
- Prepare work for shutdowns and input maintenance data electronically.
- Maintain and update loop drawings and specification sheets.
- Work independently while complying with mechanical, electrical, OHS, and THS standards.
Plant & Equipment Exposure
- Pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, couplings, blowers, rotary valves, heat exchangers.
- Mechanical seals, agitators, packaging and weighing systems.
- Machining on centre lathes and general turning work.
