Fixed Access Network - Strategy & Architecture Leader

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Fixed Network Strategy & Architecture Leader to guide our clients’ transformation journeys across HFC, Fiber, Virtualized Access, Orchestration, and Autonomous Networks. You will engage directly with CxOs, Managing Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, evaluate technologies, lead architectural design, and oversee delivery across multi‑country deployments.

You will lead a cross‑functional team responsible for shaping next‑generation access infrastructure — from strategy and RFIs to architecture, lab validation, field deployment, and operationalization.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic conversations with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders on the evolution of fixed access networks, transformation priorities, and modernization roadmaps.
