The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all service and parts department operations to ensure customer safety and satisfaction, as well as overall departmental success. A key priority is to instill brand/dealership loyalty and ensure a positive customer experience. The manager communicates effectively, listens, and manages the Parts & Service process, focusing on the big picture while maintaining attention to detail and delivering consistent positive results. They uphold the dealership’s standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department and foster positive relationships with personnel across the dealership.
