What does the job look like?

This opportunity is central to keeping our Intermodal network operating effectively by coordinating fleet activity to ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. As a Fleet Allocator, you’ll partner closely with drivers, contractors and internal teams, making real-time decisions that directly influence operational performance and customer experience.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working a Monday to Friday on a night shift roster starting at 9pm and finishing at 5am, suited to someone who performs well in fast paced, after-hours operational environment. Key areas: 

Allocate and coordinate fleet movements to meet daily service and customer requirements

Communicate proactively with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations
