Job Description
Lead and drive end-to-end transportation platform growth, including strategic fleet sourcing, partner onboarding, and long-term capacity expansion , ensuring sustainable supply growth.
Own and be accountable for fleet performance, operational KPIs, and service quality standards , with full responsibility for platform operational outcomes.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performance operations/market team, including performance management, target setting, and capability development , ensuring measurable business results.
Develop and maintain strategic-level partnerships with key transportation companies, fleet owners, and industry stakeholders , not limited to operational-level communication.
Analyze operational, fleet, and market data to identify performance gaps, business risks, and growth opportunities , and implement corrective actions independently.
