Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our team and help manage our client vehicles and drivers across their operations.
What you will do
- Track and monitor all vehicles in real time using fleet management software
- Plan and manage driver schedules and route assignments
- Make sure deliveries happen on time and keep customers updated
- Report vehicle breakdowns or incidents and follow up on repairs
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
- Work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to solve daily problems
What we are looking for
- At least 2–4 years of experience in fleet control or transport coordination
- Good knowledge of South African road routes and logistics operations
- Experience with fleet tracking systems (e.g. MiX Telematics, Ctrack, or similar)
