Fleet Maintenance Manager - Vancouver

Transdev Canada is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Manager for our Vancouver location.

As a Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient transit service by overseeing fleet maintenance operations, shop performance, compliance, and team leadership. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role where your technical knowledge, decision-making, and people leadership will directly impact vehicle availability, safety, cost control, and service delivery.

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of a large paratransit fleet, supporting over 300 buses and leading a team of 6 direct reports . You will work closely with operations, regional leadership, and frontline maintenance employees to ensure the fleet is maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability.
