Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations at Starlink Aviation, your role as an Assistant Flight Coordinator will involve performing technical duties while acting as a brand ambassador for the company with clients. You will work in close collaboration with the flight coordinator, flight follower, Operations Control Center (OCC), and clients.
Key responsabilities : 
Collaborate with the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) , to ensure all necessary resources and services are available for each flight;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight activities, including, flight invoices and operational reports;
Support to the Coordinator by assisting with various tasks, such as hotel booking, car rentals, catering and customs;
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to flight coordination.
