Summary
Full-time Housing Floating Support Worker to join our Floating Support team, Lighthouse Project, in Newport. You will predominantly work office hours although flexibility is required to meet the needs of our customers.

About the role: This role does not involve any aspect of care or personal care.
This is a Floating Support Worker role based in Newport. You will provide housing-related support to individuals aged 18 and over who are either struggling to maintain their tenancy, are at risk of homelessness, or are currently experiencing homelessness. Our customers may require support for a variety of reasons, including general homelessness, downsizing or upsizing, moving from temporary accommodation into their own home, transitioning to adapted properties, or other housing-related needs.
