Job Description
We are hiring a Flow Trader to handle day-to-day trade flow on our digital-assets desk. The role is execution-focused: you quote, fill, and hedge within desk limits while keeping risk and logs in order.
What you’ll do
- Respond to incoming flow (RFQs, chat, OMS) within pricing guidelines
- Execute and hedge on approved venues
- Monitor intraday positions, exposure, and P&L
- Tighten or widen quotes when liquidity or volatility changes
- Escalate limit or operational issues without delay
- Share short market and liquidity notes with the team
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in flow, desk, spot, or OTC trading (digital assets, FX, or similar fast markets)
- Solid grasp of spreads, slippage, and basic settlement
- Discipline on risk limits and internal procedures
- Calm under time pressure with several requests at once
