Track and follow up on reverse FMEA exercises, audit periodically FMEA sustain or updates, especially after a quality impact.

What You Will Do
- Starting process failure mode analysis using molex standard.
Especially when a NPI, Transfer or increase of Capacity process is initiated.
- Lead new FMEA document with cross functional team to ensure a success launching when new project declared.
