Food and Beverage Assistant

Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant who is available to work upto 39 hours per week.

The Food and Beverage Assistant provides a friendly and efficient service within the food and beverage areas, dispenses orders accurately and with courtesy to the standards required by the company and ensures the cleanliness, correct mis-en-place and set up of the waiting areas prior to service. The Food and Beverage Assistant also ensures the guests are warmly greeted, orders are taken efficiently and served to a high standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
