Food and Beverage Service Supervisor

The Summit Cafe is seeking a Food and Beverage Service Supervisor for our location in Canmore, AB.

Working conditions:
Wage: $20.00 – $21.00/hour depending on experience + gratuities;
Working location and business address: Cougar Creek Dr, Canmore, AB T1W 1E1;
32 – 40 hours per week (early morning, morning, day, weekend, on call);
Overtimes are paid at 1.5 rate for hours exceeding 44 hours/week or 8 hours/day.

As a Food and Beverage Service Supervisor, you are expected to perform the following duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, monitor and schedule the activities of staff.
• Train and coach new staff and demonstrate patience and a positive attitude when providing training and delegating tasks.
• Effectively create shift schedules, including work station assignments/rotations, employee vacations, employee breaks and overtime assignments.
