- Serve a variety of craft beers on tap and bottled beverages, ensuring correct pours and presentation.
- Educate guests about our beer selections, brewing process, and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns with care and urgency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Assist with stock rotation and restocking supplies.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and legal requirements including checking customer IDs.
- Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
