Hours: 37.5h per week

A day and boarding co-educational school for pupils from year 3 to 6th form in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Catering for 950 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, lunch, supper, tuckshop twice daily, 6th form café, internal and external hospitality. This is a mix of term time only, term time plus 4 weeks and 52 week depending on the role and operates 7 days a week. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.

Role Requirements (Task & Responsibilities)

• Prepare food for service, following good hygiene and safety practices and to the standard specified.
• Ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy to the required standard of the Chef Manager or to the Hygiene standards set by the company / Client.
• Clear, clean and store away any food, beverage or equipment required for special functions.
