Forklift / Dispatch / Rigger (All-Rounder) – IMMEDIATE START

Thornton Engineering is seeking a reliable and versatile All-Rounder to join our busy Corio operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in dispatch, forklift operations, and preferably dogging or rigging. Whether you're an experienced dispatch hand from a steel or heavy fabrication background, or a hardworking labourer looking to take the next step, we want to hear from you. 

About the Role:

Reporting to the Day Shift Supervisor, your duties will vary day to day and may include:

• Operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials around the yard

• Assisting in dispatch and receiving of steel components and materials

• Supporting rigging/lifting operations and general yard duties

• Helping with basic labouring tasks as needed

• (Optional) Local MR truck driving for occasional deliveries (if licensed)
