We are seeking a Forward-Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to work directly with customers, partners, and internal engineering teams to design, deploy, and operationalize advanced software solutions. This role acts as the technical bridge between core product engineering and real-world customer environments, ensuring successful adoption, integration, and scalability of solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will engage deeply with customer workflows, build custom integrations, deploy pilots and demos, resolve mission-critical issues, and translate real-world challenges into actionable engineering requirements.
