Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and handle coordination for export airfreight shipments Arrange booking with carrier/s Open and manage jobs files until completion, cost acceptance from overseas agent / vendors and timely billing to clients. Ensure mandatory data and shipment events are updated on CW1 in a timely manner Estimate Gross Profit in the Job Costing Weekly checking of files and internal / external reporting, if required Provide complete set of documents required by customer Performs other duties as required Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality Ensure that all created files are sent through Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices <...
