Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee daily import and export airfreight shipments.Arrange bookings with carriers, DSV origin/destination offices, and external agents.Coordinate with customs brokers, transport teams, and vendors as required.Ensure timely dispatch of documents, pre-alerts, and shipment updates.Open, manage, and close job files from start to completion.Prepare and provide complete sets of documents required by customers, origin offices, or authorities.Execute AWBs (export) and generate Notice of Arrival (import).Create and send e-manifests and corresponding status updates to customers.Perform proper file archiving and maintain document integrity.Ensure all mandatory data fields and shipment milestones are accurately updated in CW1.Monitor inbound consolidations and ensure correct sy...
