Job Description
Position : International Freight Forwarding Customer & Operations Service ADM.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end import and export operations in international freight forwarding, including but not limited to booking, customs declaration, trucking, and coordination with overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo handling.
· Establish and maintain customer service channels, with a focus on VIP client relationship management and enhancing customer satisfaction.
· Support quotation processes and assist in the promotion of OPCS agency services to drive business growth.
Language Requirements
· Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
· Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Approximately 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations or customer service.
· Candidates and graduates with a logistics major are preferred....
