Your New Role- Import Operator 

• Lodge Sea Cargo Report/Under bonds
• Check pre-alert documents for the registration process.
• Send arrival notifications/pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers, and the transportation department.
• Check transshipments for confirmed vessels or ETD dates and update the system accordingly.
• Pay shipping line / co-load invoices 5 days out to ETA
• Identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
