Responsibilities

Responsible for proper cutting, preparation, display, and merchandising of fresh chicken products. The role ensures product quality, food safety compliance, attractive presentation, and excellent customer service to support sales and operational standards.

• Cut, portion, debone, and prepare chicken products according to company standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of fresh and frozen chicken.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
