+ Attend to all concerns of the guest proactively and professionally.
+ Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with a consistent positive attitude.
+ Review all guest reservations to ensure accuracy.
+ Review group resumes and follow up accordingly on any actionable items.
+ Ensure rates and account folios are set up and managed correctly.
+ Communicate key information to appropriate departments and colleagues.
+ Ensure special requests by guests are completed in a timely manner.
