  • Patient Registration
    • Greet and welcome patients upon arrival at the clinic
    • Collect or verify patient information
    • Schedule and reschedule appointments accurately
    • Collect payments and other fees
    • Maintain and update patient records as needed

    • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
    • Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries
