Help desk Executives are responsible for handling customer calls friendly & promptly Attending Service Calls. Maintaining & updating Service Register. Assigning calls to Engineers. Follow-ups with engineers and customers. Updating call managing software. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly call reports. Installation follow-ups. Warranty updates and follow-ups. Coordination with stores. Prepare OEF for service / per call business Ensure all service / per call billls are generated and submitted to the customer on time.
