Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for the firm.
This role ensures seamless front-office operations, while providing administrative support to the investment team, particularly the Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications
- Handle phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to Partners and Associates, including travel coordination and expense management
- Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain office supplies
- Support the organization and logistics of internal Archimed events
- Coordinate office/external events, including supplier communication and scheduling
- Assist with data entry, filing, and special projects as needed
