Ashern Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Ashern, Manitoba. Responsibilities
Lead and support initiatives aligned with the store’s strategic objectives. Adhere to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual, fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and engages employees. Oversee practices related to returns, complaints, store security, and employee discounts, delegating responsibilities where appropriate. Manage or delegate responsibilities for cash handling, daily reports, banking, and deposits. Ensure proper store opening/closing, alarm activation, and day-end procedures. Oversee and manage all aspects of front store staffing. In collaboration with HR, manage hiring, discipline, and termination as needed. Oversee inventory control in line with budgets and preferred supplier programs. Assist the Store Operator with budgeting, purchasing, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximize gross margins.
