Job Description

Mandatory skills:


• Technically skilled in IIS, monitoring, and alerting tools Datadog

• Power automates(power script) , AWS/Azure, ticketing tools like ServiceNow or any tools

• They need to have certification of ITIL or minimum 5 years of ITIL processes followed in their support project , previous exp in 24/7 and 24/5 production L1 support projects

• Analyzing incidents or services , updating resolution notes

• Adaptability to learn new technologies like salesforce

• Excellent communication skills- since they should directly interact with stakeholders

• Experience in managing or handling managed service projects
