Reporting directly to the Chief of Innovation the primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain web applications, intelligent agents, and automations for our internal initiatives with a strictly AI-native approach: every feature is conceived, prototyped, and delivered leveraging AI throughout the entire development lifecycle.
