10 plus years of professional experience
5 plus years of engineering: excellent docs, tests & clean interfaces
Must have experience with building complex, distributed systems with real users and uptime requirements.

Frontend: UI/UX
Search/Analytics: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, schema design, relevance tuning.
