Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Integration & Automation Specialist to support our property management operations. This role involves building and maintaining integrations between PMS APIs and no-code databases, designing lightweight CRMs, and ensuring data consistency across platforms. You will also support field operations by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
PMS & No-Code Integration:
- Develop and maintain scripts that sync listing and reservation data between Property Management Systems (PMS) and no-code tools like Airtable or Monday.com.
- Ensure high data accuracy and reliability in integrations.
CRM & Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement lightweight CRM systems and automated workflows in no-code platforms such as Monday.com or Airtable.
