1. Develop and customize
   Cisco Finesse softphone
   solutions, including gadget development, API integration, and user interface enhancements.
2. Implement and manage API gateways and policies using
   Azure API Management (APIM),
   ensuring secure and efficient API consumption.
3. full-stack applications using Java and related frameworks (
   Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate
   )
4. modern JavaScript frameworks
   (e.g., Angular, React, ).
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g.
   SQL Server, MySQL
   , PostgreSQL) and
   NoSQL databases
   (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
