Full-Stack Engineer - Global Financial Services - Up to 15M

Our client is a financial services company that is looking for a Front-end / Full-stack Developer to join the their team. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and operating in-house systems used by front-office teams (equities and fixed income).

You will work closely with business users to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives.You will be part of a small, high-performing, and diverse team, including international members, and will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and partner companies.

Requirements: 

5+ years of experience in programming and debugging using statically typed languages
(Java, C#, C++, etc.)

Understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous processing

3+ years of experience with object-oriented design, with the ability to read and analyze source code

Fluency in Japanese (English is a plus)
