Primary focus will be both front-end and back-end development tasks
Build reusable code, boilerplates and libraries for future use
Implement secure and well-documented frontend and APIs
Assess product specifications, then provide technical recommendations based on efficiency, best practices, and latest trends
Collaborate with the product, UI/UX, and client-facing application development teams to align specifications
Continuously improve applications based on business demands and customer feedback
Lead and manage a team of backend developers across multiple projects
Assess and upskill backend developers managed through regular code reviews and learning sessions
Requirements
Has at least 5 years experience as a full stack developer
Has experience leading a team of developers in designing, creating and deploying medium to large scale projects
People Management experience is a must
