We're defining the category for clinical competency management, and we're looking for the marketer who will own how the market discovers, trusts, and chooses Dossier.
Dossier is one of the fastest-growing names in healthcare workforce technology — the competency management platform built exclusively for U.S. hospitals and health systems. We help nursing and clinical leaders manage, validate, and prove the competency of their workforce, replacing binders and generic HR/LMS tools with a system designed for how clinical teams actually work. We didn't repackage HR software for nurses; we built for nurses — and that's why CNOs, clinical educators, HR, and compliance leaders at some of the country's leading health systems are choosing us.
