Synexify is a fast-growing, remote-first software company building high-performance digital products for global clients. We're expanding our core team and hiring passionate engineers eager to build scalable, service-based solutions and contribute to modern, AI-powered development workflows.
What You'll Need
6 months – 2 years of professional experience in software engineering (backend-focused).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with any modern full-stack framework such as Python, Ruby, , or similar technologies (strong backend focus).
Solid experience building and maintaining service-based projects.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL (schema design, performance optimization).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Working knowledge of AWS and its core services.
Familiarity with modern web architecture and frontend frameworks (e.g., ReactJS).
