About You
As a Fullstack Engineer at Optiml, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our core product. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems to build elegant, high-impact solutions that solve real customer problems and bring our data and models to life.
Your mission is to own meaningful parts of the product end to end: from early concept and prototyping through to production-ready implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to define architecture, ship quickly, and continuously refine the user experience.
This role blends strong product intuition with hands‑on execution. You’ll be trusted to make smart trade‑offs, move fast, and take ownership of the full development lifecycle. While maintaining a high bar for quality, usability, and performance.
