Job Description
Elevate home care services in Wynyard as a full-time Assessor Coordinator at Wynyard Hospital. This role will focus on client assessment, coordination, and evaluation in home health care.
Reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will oversee the assessment and management of home care services available to residents. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on advanced communication and problem-solving skills for effective service delivery.
