KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to exact specifications.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safely operate equipment (induction cookers, deep fryers, and rice cookers).
• Compliance & Inventory: Strictly adhere to food health and safety regulations while assisting with inventory and supply ordering.
• Efficiency: Thrive in a fast-paced environment through exceptional time management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: At least 6 months in a kitchen or ala carte setting (preferred but not required).
• Education: Degree/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management or NC II in Cookery (preferred but not required).
