Job Summary
Full‑time Sous Chef at Thermea Spa Village, Whitby.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking operations across multiple kitchens and restaurants, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and exceptional quality.
- Establish, implement, and enforce departmental and corporate policies, procedures and standards.
- Identify and recommend methods to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen facilities to ensure full compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health and safety regulations.
- Provide hands‑on support to the team, particularly during peak service periods.
- Actively solicit and address guest feedback, resolving concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with food preparation and service as required, leading by example on the line.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
