Job Description
We are seeking a Functional Analyst, reporting to the International Programs and Salesforce Expertise Centre, to assist in optimizing and integrating digital solutions within BRP's Salesforce ecosystem as part of the international SAP S4 deployment program. In this role, you will contribute to defining and maintaining reliable, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions for the core BRP warranty management solution.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Lead business requirement workshops for any new project involving warranty processes or scope additions to an ongoing project.
- Draft business requirement documents and functional specifications, and ensure rigorous monitoring throughout program development and business requirement documentation.
